England Under 18
The England Under 18 programme, run by John Fletcher alongside assistant Peter Walton, accelerates the development of the stars of the future and they take on European opponents as well as travelling to the Southern Hemisphere each year. England U18 secured a third successive Grand Slam in 2009-10, averaging more than five tries per game.

Memories of facing the Haka are still vivid in the mind of Joel Conlon, who played for Ivybridge Community College in the final of the Sanix World Youth tournament in Japan against Hamilton Boys High School from New Zealand. He said: “Even though we lost the match it was part of a great experience in front of a big crowd.”
